Originally a mechanic, the client wanted to keep the bones and overall feel of the original warehouse. To do this, we kept the original brick facade and extended it out to blend seamlessly into the new build. We converted the warehouse into four multi floor apartments with engineered flooring throughout, steel framed weighted windows that fold externally, floating timber staircases and roof top decks. This build was in collaboration with Tate Construction.
